Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client based in Kilkenny. The Role: Identifying high potential customer accounts and establishing relationships with contacts to enable successful sales in the business. Delivery of corporate sales presentations. Work in conjunction with the Sales Director, account management and marketing teams. Create and execute sales plans that enable the company to obtain new sustainable business. Present monthly and quarterly sales plans. The Person: A proven track record in Business/Sales Development, a minimum of 5 years experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels. Ability to understand clients business - their ethos, aims and aspirations and using this knowledge to help them reach their goals.
