OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR BUSY, UPMARKET HOTEL IN THE SOUTH EAST. We are recruiting for an Operations Manager with a strong focus on Food & Beverage outlets within an upmarket hotel in the South East of Ireland. If you have what it takes to manage a large team across Bars, Restaurants and a Conference/Banqueting Department then this is the perfect opportunity! The role: Responsible for the day to day management and development of the Hotel with focus on the food & beverage outlets. Manage and develop a food & beverage team by organising all training activities. Ensuring high standard of quality & service are achieved. Manage budgets, wage costs, stock control etc. Responsible for the recruitment, selection & retention of all food and beverage staff. Manage and organise performance reviews throughout the year. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business levels demand. The candidate: Minimum of 4 year's Senior Management / Operations experience with a strong focus on Food and Beverage, Revenue and Financials. 3rd level management qualification. Smart professional outlook with an innovative management style. Proficient computer skills. A proven track record in meeting targets and deadlines. Experience with clients from Corporate, Tour and Leisure markets. Attention to detail and capable of driving standards. Ability to multi skill with all department HOD's throughout the Hotel. Motivating, influencing and leading staff in a professional manner so that they fully understand expectations. Salary.
