Accounts Assistant - 1 Year Contract. Gemma Hayes Recruitment, in conjunction with our client, now seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant based in Carlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Generating all outgoing invoices from delivery dockets received from the warehouse. Preparing and dispatching statements to customers. Cash collection. Ensuring warehouse is aware of any customers “on stop” Dealing with all incoming invoices. Entering all incoming volumes on the stock system. Passing invoices for payment. Daily bank reconciliation. Monthly P&L account. Monthly stock reconciliation. Margin reporting. Any other duties as assigned by management.
