Matrix Recruitment is currently seeking a part-time OUTREACH WORKER (15 hrs pw) to be based in CARLOW. This is a 12 month CONTRACT role. Key Responsibilities: Work in close collaboration with the Co-ordinator and other Key Stakeholders to increase the profile of the Group across the membership in Carlow. Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach and engagement programme over the twelve-month period. Support member organisations to engage more effectively with the Group. Identify and support organisations not currently registered to join the Group and to engage effectively with it. Identify appropriate training and development needs of existing and new Group member organisations, in the context of their effective engagement with the Group. Collect and analyse data on agreed fields and prepare reports for Stakeholders on a regular basis. Support Linkage Groups to identify priority issues in relation to services/programmes. We are looking for: Relevant degree qualification in the area of Community Development, Social Studies or other relevant degree Level 6 or 7. Experience of working in the Community Sector. Good IT skills. Requirements: Full clean driving licence and access to own transport to attend meetings. Excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English.
