Description

Responsibilities. Provide cross functional support on all elements of the Lean Toolkit including Value Stream and Process Mapping, Standardized Work etc. Proven involvement in driving improvement projects through the use of Kaizen and/or project teams. Provide Technical mentoring on Lean Six Sigma tools and Methodologies such as DMAIC, Product and Process FMEA and Gage R&R. Leading and active participation in system failure investigations and subsequent Root Cause Analysis, using standard tools and methods e.g. Fishbone diagrams, Hypothesis testing. Work with the LSS Senior Specialist, to ensure best practices are shared. Provide support for Lean events including Kaizen event coordination, leading and participating in workshops. Provide support to the Tech Transfer teams to ensure that products and processes transferred to site are installed with the highest of quality. Deliver data analysis, quality tool training, and support various teams. Support and mentor site Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt projects and candidates. Promotion of the implementation of the LSS program across the business. Analysis of business activities and identification of areas for business improvement. Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture onsite. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related discipline. Six Sigma qualification is essential. At least 3 years’ experience using LSS Methodology ideally in a manufacturing GMP environment. Exposure to Report, standards, policy writing is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers in a team orientated manner.
