Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in similar role in a large 4* Corporate style Hotel with excellent reputation for Food and Beverage standards and service. You will manage the operational Food and Beverage team catering for Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting and Events. This is a balance between Hands on Management and planning and developing service, standards and positioning the property for the future.
