Experienced Bar Manager required for a 4* Hotel in Co Carlow, ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a similar role in a large, busy 4* Hotel. You must be capable of leading the Department and running all aspects of this busy operation, Food and beverage service, purchasing, Rosters, stock control, special events Training, hygiene, daily procedures, standards of service etc. You are responsible for main Hotel Bar, Lobby/Lounge and extensive Banqueting Bars.
