DUTY MANAGER FOR BUSY 4*& 5* HOTELS. We are currently recruiting for a number of Duty Manager vacancies in the south east. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotel while on duty, ensuring that high standards are consistently delivered in all departments. The Duty Manager will be working in all areas of the hotel, with in particular emphasis in the Bar, Restaurant, Conference & Banqueting Departments. To be submitted for this role, suitable candidates will: Have at least three years of previous 4* & 5* management/supervisory experience in a similar role, particularly in the areas of functions, conference and banqueting. Have excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Be customer service focused. Be flexible on shifts and weekend hours.
