Our client are seeking to recruit a dynamic experienced Senior Administrator for a job based in the Carlow area. The Senior Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the office management function as well as providing proactive, efficient and professional support to the Managing Director, HR manager and other members of the management team when required. The Role: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the running of the office including developing and improving the systems and processes. Manage reception function, including meeting & greeting visitors, overseeing post, couriers, ordering stationery, office supplies etc. Provide a full executive and administrative support service to the MD and HR Manager. Prioritizes and maintains calendar for the management team, negotiating scheduling/timing of appointments. Event Managements- support team building, recognition and company social events, organise catering refreshments etc. Responsible for processing all invoices, setting up suppliers on systems and ensuring payments are processed on time. Communications: Maintains and updates digital communications systems. The Person: Demonstrable senior administrative/executive support experience. Business Qualification essential, specialisation in Marketing, HR or Corporate Business highly desirable. Minimum 2 years similar experience essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced MS Office skills, Office 365, digital and social media skills, aptitude and desire to learn new technologies. Experience with Workday highly desirable. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work. Flexible 'can do' attitude. Demonstrate tact, discretion and confidentiality. Able to mix well with staff, friendly and welcoming to visitors. Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities/tasks. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
