We are now recruiting experienced Pastry Chef for leading 5* Hotel in Kilkenny. Ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in a similar role in a leading Hotel property, You will be fully responsible for Pastry Kitchen and team, preparation, production and service of all fresh breads, desserts, pastries, afternoon tea etc. You will work closely with Exec Chef on new menus, concepts etc. Hotel has excellent food reputation and busy Restaurant, Afternoon tea, Lounge and Banqueting food trade.
