Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager who will be based in their Head Office in Wexford. Responsible for all marketing activities, the Marketing Manager will oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. The Role: Implement a cohesive marketing strategy which will include campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. Monitor all elements of the marketing budget. Promote and market existing products as well as planned enhancements. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new campaigns to position COMPANY as innovator and global leader in video interviewing. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing team globally. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media (in particular Linkedin) reputation and recognition. Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders in the general HR and Recruitment space. Collaborate with the company’s sales team working with them to help achieve goals and meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs. Continually analyse the competitive environment and consumer trends. Establish a system of reports and communications for all information flow between the marketing team, client success and sales team. Prepare reports suitable for presentation to the Board of Directors. The Person. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles. 10+yrs experience in a Marketing role. Excellent people management skills. Experience in content generation and production across all media platforms – with a particular emphasis on digital. Confident, driven and dynamic leader. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing and branding opportunities.
