INDUSTRIAL / LEAN ENGINEER required by CareerWise Recruitment to support for the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma Tools and Methods to ensure robust, reliable supply and Lean manufacturing processes for our Carlow based pharma client. THE ROLE: * Responsible for providing site support for the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma Tools and Methods to ensure robust, reliable supply and Lean manufacturing processes that delivers the highest Quality products Right First Time. * Ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with requirements to ensure compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers. * Capable of delivering sustainable change as a change agent within a team. * Competent in facilitating problem solving events, data collection and the creation of standardized work. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree or higher preferred; ideally in a related discipline. * Six Sigma qualification preferred. * Relevant experience and a particular skill set in their area of expertise that adds value to the business; ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting.
