RX Beauty salon and day spa is a contemporary and luxurious salon which offers a unique nail station, makeup and brow bar with complimentary refreshments. We only deal with top quality brands and training will be provided to reflect this. Positions hiring for include the following; Senior Beauty Therapist/Salon Manager (min 2 years experience. Two full/part time beauticians(min 1 years experience. Salary plus commission. Preferred education and training. ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO. Consistent experience within a spa or beauty environment. Primary Duties. SALON MANAGER DUTIES: Managing full and part time staff. Managing staff rotas. Ensuring all staff members are trained to company standards. Responsible for booking appointment system and ensuring staff is sufficient and appointed appropriately. Motivating staff members and leading by example. Ensuring company standards of a 5 star customer service, where we always go the extra mile. Ensuring the cleanliness of the salon. Responsible for health and safety standards. Keeping up to date with industry trends and standards. Results orientated. Managing day to day finance of the salon. Resolve conflict and provide strong communication amoung team members. Will be expected to fulfil therapist duties on a daily basis. Dealing with any problem and queries ensuring they are dealt with in a professional manner. BEAUTY THERAPIST DUTIES. Delivering all treatments to a high standard. Highly motivated individual with a passion for the industry. Deliver high standards of customer care across all treatments. Excellent customer service skills that is sales orientated with a focus on repeat custom and sales. Good team work and communication skills. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of salon.
