My client is a premier new and used car dealer based in Co Carlow. Due to increasing demand they now have a requirement for an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join the team with exposure to state of the art technology and leading design. The Candidate: ¨3-5 years’ experience in motor or retail sales, ¨Proven track record of meeting set targets. ¨Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills. ¨Strong client rapport and relationship skills. ¨Based around agreed objectives for generating new enquiries from our existing database and generating fresh enquiries from various sources, we set ambitious, but achievable, targets. ¨Ability to work of your own initiative and be part of a hard-working and successful team. Salary: Base Salary of €20K - €22K + commission (OTE €35K €40K.
