Scope and General Purpose: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service, and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff. Responsibilities include: Assisting in the smooth running of the Hotel on your shift. Dealing with guest queries. Meeting and greeting clients as well as running functions and conferences. The ideal candidate shall have strong customer service skills. Attention to detail and have previous experience gained from a 4* or 5* Hotel property. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, on their owninitiativeand have a passion for the hospitality business. A qualification in hospitality management is required.
