Description

Duties to include: Generate all outgoing invoices from delivery dockets received from the warehouse. Prepare and dispatch statements to customers. Cash collection. Ensuring warehouse is aware of any customers “on stop” Dealing with all incoming invoices. Entering all incoming volumes on the stock system. Passing invoices for payment. Enter all purchase invoices with matching delivery dockets. Type all sales invoices including contract invoices. Request order numbers and chase if required, type on invoice when received and post. Enter all customer receipts. Print monthly debtors statements and prepare for posting. Ring debtors chasing outstanding payments. Check creditor statements received. Print Creditors Report and make all supplier payments. Send remittance advice to suppliers. Enter all visa payments. Enter petty cash dockets. Bank reconciliation. Monthly P&L account. Monthly stock reconciliation. Margin reporting. Vehicles – Motor Tax, DOE etc. Training records. Maintain list of job sheets waiting for invoicing. File all job sheets once invoiced and put on weekly report and clear from missing job sheet list. Qualifications required: Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
