Job description. The Applicant will work in the office of a Financial Adviser . The role will involve Making and coordinating appointment with existing clients . Preparing updates and reports for client meeting . Keeping clear and accurate records and files on existing clients . Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence both post and email . Secretarial office duties. A key requirement of this role is the ability to be motivated and able to work alone for periods of time. Skill requirements. MS Office: Word, Excel . Computer: Spreadsheets, word processing, database management. Qualifications. QFA , partly qualified QFA or an interest in achieving QFA.
