What you need to know. You will work as a RECONCILIATIONS ADMINISTRATOR , TRUSTEES for our client, a market leader within Financial Services , located in Wexford. The core responsibility of trustees is to act solely in the interest of the investor, hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and provide oversight on the activities of the scheme. The RECONCILIATIONS ADMINISTRATOR will report to the Trustees Supervisor. This is a Contract job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Complete daily cash monitoring reviews. Review genuine and non-genuine alerts. Display a good understanding of the Cash Reconciliations process. Ensure relevant reconciliation output is received and saved. Ensure Custody & Fund Accounting accounts are in balance and escalate aged/material items immediately. Perform thorough investigation on exception items and follow up on a timely basis. Assist in the preparation of reporting requirements for the Boards of the investment funds. Document breaches/errors onto the breaches register in a timely and accurate manner and assist in any related follow-up. Assist with on-boarding new investment funds as required. Liaise with internal & external parties on matters pertaining to the investment funds as required. Provide and participate in cross training with colleagues where necessary. Provide cover where necessary for other team members for holidays/sickness. Assist in preparation for visits from compliance, audit etc… for relevant investment funds. Attend any courses that may be relevant to trustee role. Escalate material items to line management promptly. Attend and participate in team meetings. What are we looking for? Third level qualification preferably in business/legal related discipline. PC Literacy. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues to the satisfaction of clients. Strong communication skills. Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines. Desirable: Trustee/Fund accounting or transfer agency experience would be advantageous. Understand the background of various fund types. Understand the role of Admin, Custodian/Prime Broker, Trustee & Investment Manager.
