Matrix Recruitment Group is currently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator to be based in Co. Kildare. As the Maintenance Coordinator you will work for our Manufacturing FMCG client based in Co. Kildare. As the Maintenance Coordinator you will support the maintenance manager and maintenance supervisors with all necessary administration duties required. Your duties will be of a technical nature and an understanding of planned maintenance and equipment is required. Salary and package is negotiable for the right candidate and dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities. Support and maximize efficiency in the plant. Update and maintain PM schedule. Forward planning and scheduling of PM’s on a daily basis for the maintenance supervisor. Measure and publish KPI metrics, interpret and recommend findings. Advise on process improvements. Develop the maintenance data systems ensuring all data is up to date at all times. Development of the maintenance SOP library. Lead status meetings escalating concerns and open issues. Generate daily base job sheets for technicians. Maintain annual shift roster and holiday roster calendar. Provide support cover to maintenance supervisors for annual leave and absence. Essential Criteria. Relevant technical qualification – minimum certificate level 6 or electrical/mechanical trade background. 1-2 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing industry. Previous experience planning and scheduling. Ability to develop and maintain a maintenance systems to include a maintenance application and excel based systems.
